When a family has no working computer, no reliable connection, or no one to show them how, those doors stay closed.
Hispanic adults are less likely than the national average to have home broadband or a computer, and many go online only through a phone, according to Pew Research Center surveys. Teclas puts working computers, and the know-how to use them, within reach.
